Johnnie Tuitel is a motivational speaker from the Grand Rapids area. He graduated from Hope College with a degree in education and a degree in public speaking. He has written a series of books entitled The Gun Lake Adventure Series. The series consists of six books. He also is the founder of Alternatives in Motion, which gets wheel chairs and other medical things for people who can’t afford them. He also knows the Michigan State Men’s basketball coach, Tom Izzo. I have known Johnnie for a number of years; I met him in elementary school when he came to our school and hesigned a book that he had written. Johnnie will be speaking at Hesperia High School on March 2nd.
