This fall, a whole new Guitar Hero experience will be arriving. This “Guitar Hero” type game will take your skill and musical experience to another level. This new game called, “Power Gig: Rise of the Six String”, is diiferent than previous releases.
This game will be using a fully functional six string guitar that will hook into an amplifier, or your system, and as a controller for your game console. The guitar is a Studio45 six string guitar, but it also has button inlays for the game. This game, like all the other newer Guitar Hero/Rock Band releases, will also include drums and vocals. The retailed price for the guitar/game bundle will be estimated to about $180.
The notes are said to be displayed on a “DNA strand” string of orbs, placement of these orbs will tell you what notes you need to hit. The game will instruct players how to play chords, and teach users how to tune and play a regular guitar, as well.
For those who play guitar/guitar hero, want to learn guitar, or occasionally play some of your favorite songs virtually without spending that much money, Power Gig is for you.
